Florida College, located in Temple Terrace, is a quaint Christian college roughly eight miles north of Tampa; convenient to both the VSI Tampa Bay FC offices and players' housing. 

Director of Soccer Clay Roberts was pleased with the partnership and had this to say, "Florida College is a wonderful college with a lot of bright students that have already embraced the relationship with VSI Tampa Bay FC. The administration of the college has been extremely supportive about the opportunity and exposure that the partnership can bring back to Florida College."

The hospitality of Florida College's staff and students was shown this past weekend as they partnered with VSI Tampa Bay FC staff to decorate the athletics side of campus with VSI Tampa Bay FC signage. VSI Tampa Bay FC joined volunteer students for much of Saturday morning to hang signs and renovate the campus nets. VSI Tampa Bay FC staff and Florida College student volunteers were equally pleased with the outcome of the work day. 

"We (Florida College) are excited to be associated with VSI Tampa Bay FC. Their professionalism throughout this process has been at the highest level. We are glad to be able to provide them with fields and facilities; they, in turn, have helped us with some very nice upgrades," said Florida College Director of Athletics Kenny Moorer.

In addition to the use of Florida College's fields, the college has opened up its locker room and athletic training facilities to the team. Florida College's generosity will help VSI Tampa Bay FC's success on the pitch this season.

"Athletic Director, Kenny Moorer, has been extremely professional and gracious to open his athletic facilities to us during a time that they are not occupied. I know that the partnership with Florida College is going to be one of the best deals that we have made to date. As we launch our inaugural season we look forward to growing the relationship over time," said Director of Soccer Clay Roberts.
